Stephen has just taken care of Powers of Attorney for me and my wife. We had recently had to find a Care Home for my wife’s mother and did not realise how essential it is to have Powers of Attorney in order to have a say in her care.
Stephen was enormously helpful. He came to our house, advised and discussed what we should do and the people we should have as attorneys and why. Based on his advice, we were able to tell him what we wanted. He then prepared them and sent us drafts. Having approved them he then did fair copies and came again when we and the attorneys and their substitutes were all together to sign them. Due to an error we made, one of the documents had to be altered. Stephen went home, made the alteration and reprinted them, returning when the documents were signed. He did this at no extra cost.
Throughout, Stephen was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and, of course, considerably cheaper than a solicitor. We thoroughly recommend him.
